Our Approach to Franchising At MRINetwork, we take a very personal approach to franchising our business. It is similar to the approach we would take with a family member who wanted to start a business. First, we provide extensive training at our corporate training center. Then, we provide support and guidance via a dedicated staff of our field service managers who focus solely on newly opened offices. When we began franchising this business in 1965, we had 8 company-owned offices. We have grown from those 8 offices to approximately 850 franchised offices worldwide, reflecting a staff of more than 3,000 account executives and project coordinators. In 2002, MRINetwork sold all of its company-owned offices in order to focus 100% on its franchisees.

You’ll be glad to know that MRINetwork has proven it has the key to success. And we’ve used this key to open many doors. Today, there are approximately 850 offices in our network, which is by far the largest in the world. Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRINetwork) has been a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA), which has over 1,000 members, since 1965. We have been honored with the organization’s top award, based on franchisee-franchisor relations. This non-annual award is formal recognition of our business philosophy of continual service and support to enhance the success of MRINetwork franchisee offices. In addition, MRINetwork was ranked #1, in its category for 2010, by Entrepreneur Magazine, #60 on Entrepreneur’s® Global Franchise list, and #81 for America’s Fastest Growing Franchises.
