Yes! On the day you sign up, we assign a New Business Manager who will guide you through our Right Start Program. It's a road map that explains every aspect of how to get your new business up and running. It includes how to build a detailed business plan, set up your legal structure, and launch your first marketing campaign. You'll learn how to get all the systems in place to open a successful 1-800-DryClean.

That's only the beginning.

You will spend five days in training at our headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan, followed by three days of field training at your location when we help you partner with a local drycleaner and get your first customers.

What ongoing support can I count on? 1-800-DryClean provides a broad range of support tools to help you maintain a strong momentum in your business. Our regional service managers offer telephone support and make periodic on-site visits. There are national meetings where you have an opportunity to learn more from the management team and share experiences with fellow owners. You'll have access to written materials, webinars, conference calls, and an intranet communications system for additional training, promotional ideas, and answers to your questions.
